November - the month of Remembrance

Remembrance Day

Remembrance has been our focus during the month of November. Our book of intentions has been completed by pupils and their families and this has been brought to assemblies across November so that we can pray together for the intentions of our school community.

We marked Remembrance day with a 2 minute silence following Mr Gagen, our key stage 2 lead, playing The Last Post on the trumpet.

Poppies

To mark this month of remembrance, pupils and families are invited to add names of those who are special to them who have died. This will be brought into our prayer services so that we can offer our prayers for them across November.
