New! Tour Dates for 2024 

 

If you are considering applying for a place in Reception September 2025, we warmly invite you to attend one of our tours. You will see Sacred Heart School in action, meet our Headteacher and have the opportunity to ask questions about our school and the application process. Tours lasting approximately 1 hour will be held on:

Wednesday 6 November 2024 at 9.30 am

Friday 29 November 2024 at 9.30 am

Friday 6 December 2024 at 9.30 am

How to apply for a place in Reception September 2024

 

(Children born between 1 September 2019 and 31 August 2020)

 

 

1. Supplementary Information Form (SIF)

You should complete the school’s Supplementary Information Form  and return it to:

2. E- Admission Form (CAF)

Parents applying for Reception 2024 places MUST also apply to their home borough as part of the Pan-London co-ordinated admissions process. Parents are required to fill in an on-line application form (CAF) by visiting:

Both the SIF and CAF forms must be received by the closing date - 15th January 2024. Applications received after the closing date will be dealt with after all initial offers have been made.

 

You will be advised of the outcome of your application on the National Offer Day (16 April 2024)

ADMISSIONS APPEALS 2024

If you are unsuccessful (unless your child gained a place at a school you ranked higher) you may ask us for the reason. These reasons will be related to the oversubscription criteria listed in our admissions policy below and you will have the right to appeal to an independent panel.

Appeals must be submitted to the school by Friday 24th May 2024. For further information on how to appeal please contact the school either by email to admissions@sacredheart.barnetmail.net or in writing to:
