To apply for a place at this school, you should complete and return two separate forms in order to make a valid application:

  1. Supplementary Information Form (SIF)

You should complete the school’s Supplementary Information Form (see Downloads below), and return it to:

The Supplementary Information Form (SIF) is obtainable from the  "Downloads" below or from the school. You can contact the school and ask for it to be sent to you. (If you do not submit a SIF this may affect your child’s application)

  1. E- Admission Form (CAF)

Parents applying for Reception 2022 places must apply to their home borough as part of the Pan-London co-ordinated admissions process. Parents are required to fill in an on-line application form (CAF) by visiting:

Both the SIF and CAF forms must be received by the closing date 15th January 2022 advised by Barnet Local Authority. You will be advised of the outcome of your application on the National Offer Day by the LEA on our behalf. If you are unsuccessful (unless your child gained a place at a school you ranked higher) you may ask us for the reasons, related to the oversubscription criteria listed in our Admissions Policy below, and you have the right of appeal to an independent appeal panel.

If you do not complete BOTH the CAF and the SIF and return them by the closing date, the governing body may be unable to consider your application and it is very unlikely that your child will get a place at the school.


Applications arriving after the closing date will be dealt with after all initial offers have been made.



If you are unsuccessful, you may ask us for the reasons for the refusal of a place. These reasons will be related to the oversubscription criteria listed in our admissions policy and you will have the right to appeal to an independent panel.
